Cabriz special edition 2015 red/ Tinto

Clear appearance, intense garnet colour. Aromas of very ripe red fruits with slight notes of spices and toast. Fruity, soft, balanced flavour and long and velvety finish.

Winemaking:
Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26 ° C. 2 months of cuvaison. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels, 50% new barrels and 50% 2nd use barrels.

Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro,Aragonêz
