Winemaking:
After maturation trials, the grapes were harvested at their optimum maturation point. After total destemming and gentle crushing, maceration and fermentation proceeded, with pumping over in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28ºC, for about 12 days. In this way, intense, elegant wines are obtained, with an expression of the place. After malolactic fermentation, the wines aged in French oak barrels for about 12 months. It underwent a slight filtration before bottling. In order to preserve its quality, it was bottled without cold stabilization treatment, which could lead to the formation of deposits during its aging in the bottle

Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
Vivid red colour. Attractive aroma with notes of currant, black plum and mustard seeds. In the mouth it is fresh, very complete and elegant. It has present and fine tannins, very well integrated.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16ºC-18ºC. After opening the bottle consume immediately. This wine should preferably be stored in a cool place. It is a wine that will evolve very well in the bottle for 4 to 6 years due to its acidity and structure.
Food Pairing:
The complexity and structure of the wine is ideal to accompany meat dishes or other more sophisticated dishes.
