90 pts Wine & Spirits – Light in colour with green tones, it presents an exuberant, fresh and light aroma, dominated by citrus fruits and tropical aromas. In the mouth it is dominated by its acidity with good volume, it has a persistent and refreshing finish.

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 24 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (10-15ºC) for 12 to 15 days. Stage on fine lees for 3 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.

Bottle lying down, in a place with a constant temperature away from direct light. Serve at a temperature between 18º C. and 10º C.
